Finally an Airbnb Alternative with a Whole New Vibe

If you're open to new experiences and trying things, keep reading. But if you want to feel at home far away from home and enjoy that home-like or hotel-like experience, stop reading, as this post is not for you.

Don’t get me wrong, though; I love Airbnb, and I’ve stayed in over 50 different ones across the globe since I started using the top platform for vacation homes and condo rentals 5 years ago when I became a digital nomad. Airbnb is my home, far away from home, and it gives me the luxury and comfort I look for in my monthly stays. From Santa Marinella in Italy to the Swiss Alps, Ireland, Oregon, Vermont, Canada, Austria, Montenegro, and beyond, I’ve seen a wide variety of Airbnb homes. Airbnb is simply the best, and although many similar platforms have emerged, no one else competes with it.

But since this post is about experiencing a different vibe while still getting that Airbnb feel, here’s what I wanted to share.

I recently discovered this Airbnb alternative, and it immediately caught my eye. I never knew that it was possible to camp while still enjoying a certain level of comfort and luxury. It’s amazing!

What are you looking to gain from this experience?

We all travel for different reasons. For this blog, let’s limit those reasons to either needing a long vacation, wanting a few days to get away and decompress, or simply wanting a change from the day-to-day routine.

Airbnb is still the best choice for those needing a long vacation, as it provides a 100% level of comfort for a long stay. Now, if that long vacation involves lots of adventuring and exploring the area in which you are staying, then you may actually have more fun with ready-to-go luxury camping from glamping.com. The fact that you can comfortably enjoy a long stay while having spectacular surroundings around you will surely make your long vacation one of a kind. Simply put, you could stay in a place like this with all the comfort you need while immersed in nature. You see, often we think camping is uncomfortable, but now it doesn’t have to be.

By now, it is clear that an experience like this would be perfect for getting away and decompressing. Staying at an Airbnb and feeling right at home can sometimes defeat the purpose of a vacation. So, if you want to escape, decompress, and give your day-to-day routine a twirl, staying at a ready-to-go luxury tent surrounded by nature is your way to go.

“Only when you go camping will you genuinely make unforgettable memories. I have no words to describe the positive impact camping can have on you!”

How comfortable do you want to be?

Comfort is often a top priority. In my travels through Washington, Oregon, West Montana, Colorado, and the Northeast of the United States, I’ve learned that many people do not care about comfort. You know what I’m talking about if you are an avid adventurer! Driving to a campsite or finding a dispersed camping spot, setting up your tent, and lighting up a fire to cook a meal and make s’mores is all you need.

But, if you are Mr. or Ms. give me a kitchen and a comfortable bed, and Airbnb seems to be the only source other than a hotel that would make you happy; I would like you to know there’s a whole world out there that can give you as much comfort, while having a whole different experience and connecting with the world around you. Even Airbnb has places immersed in nature or in unbelievable locations. Still, the fact that glamping.com provides that luxury tent experience makes it worth a try!

If you’ve never camped, you will never do so “like this.”

Camping can be tricky, sometimes even requiring lots of work and preparation, especially if you have never done so! I remember my first camping trip in the Sequoia National Forest, California. My partner and I packed the car and set off for a 3-hour drive. We didn’t even know what “dispersed camping” was, but after stumbling upon this incredible area that looked unlike any campsite we had ever driven by, we were hooked. We drove about 10 mins through an off-road uphill, ending up in an area surrounded by magnificent trees next to a cliff. We picked our spot, unloaded the tent, built it, set the fire, popped our camping chairs, etc. After about 30-45 minutes, we were finally all set up, roasting hot dogs on the fire and getting ready to enjoy a pitch-black night with a sky full of stars far away from any light pollution. It was an unforgettable experience, but one that many would react to with a big “that sounds like a lot of work.”

Well, that’s why glamping.com caught my eye and made me want to take two hours of my time to write about it and try to make as many readers as possible learn the beauty of it.

Anyone can have an experience similar to the one I had in the Sequoia National Forest but without all the extra work. Camping is fantastic, but you will only camp with the Airbnb comfort and luxury if you try Glamping.

Airbnb and platforms alike allow you to enjoy any trip comfortably and flexibly. From New York City, NY, to a sunny vacation in Malibu Beach, CA, or even deep in the mountains in Glacier National Park, MT, Airbnb makes it all possible.

But only when you go camping will you genuinely make unforgettable memories. I have no words to describe the positive impact camping can have on you! There’s even been research that proves how being immersed in nature can improve your health.

You can either rough it and camp in the old-school way, which you will not regret, and I 100% suggest you try at least once in your lifetime, or camp with the luxury and comfort that Airbnb provides while doing so with Tentrr.
