Just recently, I heard that “everybody walks wrong”, but I was skeptical, seeing as it seems humans have mastered the art of walking pretty well. However, the truth is, incorrect walking techniques can cause several health issues, from back and joint pain to reduced fitness. So, why do we have to change the way we walk if we supposedly do it so well? Sports scientist and WalkActive founder Joanna Hall explains that how we walk matters just as much as how much we walk.
